東莞螺絲廠在生產品方面(mian)，主要會接觸(chu)到以(yi)下幾種標準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。目前GB30（老國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)書中已被GB5783（新(xin)(xin)國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所(suo)代替(ti)。GB52（老國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)書中已被GB6170（新(xin)(xin)國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所(suo)代替(ti)。 在1986年，國(guo)(guo)家對標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)件制定(ding)了新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，一般俗稱為(wei)新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)，使用(yong)最(zui)多的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)六(liu)角頭(tou)粗(cu)桿半(ban)牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)(ji)為(wei)C級(ji)(ji)產品(pin)(pin)，可用(yong)GB5782來代替(ti)（GB5782為(wei)六(liu)角頭(tou)粗(cu)桿半(ban)牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)等到級(ji)(ji)為(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和(he)B級(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)六(liu)角頭(tou)全牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)，精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)(ji)為(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)產品(pin)(pin)。可用(yong)GB5783來代替(ti)（GB5783為(wei)六(liu)角頭(tou)全牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)(ji)為(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和(he)B 級(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)細桿半(ban)牙(ya)(ya)的(de)六(liu)角螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)。

新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)與老標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)在(zai)(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列的(de)(de)產品(pin)，在(zai)(zai)對(dui)邊寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)區(qu)別(bie)。除M22系列的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)外，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)產品(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊比老標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊要小1MM。分別(bie)為(wei)13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系列的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)比老標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊反而要大2MM，應特別(bie)注意(yi)。對(dui)于頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)厚度(du)(du)，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)和老標(biao)(biao)之間略(lve)有(you)(you)差別(bie)，在(zai)(zai)要求不(bu)是非(fei)常嚴格的(de)(de)情況下(xia)可(ke)以通用。 新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)在(zai)(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)產品(pin)規格，在(zai)(zai)對(dui)邊寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上有(you)(you)所(suo)(suo)差別(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)比德標(biao)(biao)要小1MM。而M22的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)的(de)(de)，其頭(tou)(tou)部(bu)對(dui)邊比德標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)對(dui)邊寬(kuan)度(du)(du)要大2MM ，其它的(de)(de)均可(ke)通用。

螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準規范在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)方(fang)(fang)面，國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)有(you)兩個(ge)(ge)版本(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)(ge)為GB70—76，76年版本(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)(ge)為GB70—85，85年版本(ben)，東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠現執行DIN912的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準，所(suo)以在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)實際業務操(cao)作中(zhong)應注意區別(bie)(bie)(bie)：其中(zhong)GB70—85與(yu)DIN912完全重合(he)，故對(dui)(dui)(dui)于使用(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)情況，不存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著差別(bie)(bie)(bie)，主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)GB70—76與(yu)DIN912之間(jian)有(you)所(suo)區別(bie)(bie)(bie)：M8系(xi)列(lie)(lie)的(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品(pin)，GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為12.5MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)13.27MM要(yao)小一(yi)些,M10系(xi)列(lie)(lie)的(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)產(chan)品(pin),GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為15MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)16.27要(yao)小一(yi)些,M12系(xi)列(lie)(lie)的(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao),GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為18MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)18.27要(yao)小一(yi)些,另像M16、M20系(xi)列(lie)(lie)的(de)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)GB70—76的(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑比(bi)DIN912的(de)要(yao)小0.33MM，分別(bie)(bie)(bie)為24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)則分別(bie)(bie)(bie)為24.33MM和(he)(he)30.33MM。另外(wai)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與(yu)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)六(liu)角(jiao)之間(jian)的(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬度由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準不同(tong)而不同(tong)，GB70—76的(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要(yao)小一(yi)些，在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)業務作業中(zhong)也應加以注意。 另外(wai)，平時(shi)(shi)可能(neng)會用(yong)到的(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)也有(you)一(yi)些區別(bie)(bie)(bie)，在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此也作一(yi)個(ge)(ge)說明(ming)，在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)，有(you)兩種馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準，即GB12（小半圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)(fang)頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)）和(he)(he)GB14（大(da)半圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)(fang)頸(jing)螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)），平時(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)市面上較(jiao)(jiao)常用(yong)的(de)還有(you)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準DIN603。東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)這三者加以區別(bie)(bie)(bie)：對(dui)(dui)(dui)于圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)頸(jing)，在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)同(tong)一(yi)規格比(bi)較(jiao)(jiao)時(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通(tong)常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)使用(yong)時(shi)(shi)，往往要(yao)求(qiu)頭(tou)(tou)頸(jing)大(da)而厚，所(suo)以DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準完全符(fu)合(he)要(yao)求(qiu)。
